I have decided to not start building into I had a fair amount of high staff. Anyone is allowed to become staff. These are the positions.

Council:
Eragon taken, Saphira
Arya needed, Emerzall
Murtagh needed, Thorn
Oromis needed, Glaedr
Abraxas needed, lormungr, white Dragon
Shara needed, Vervada, Purple dragon both of these dragons are a thousand years old. Shara is an alf and Abraxas was the first human rider,
custom: son or daughter of Shara and Abraxas. half and half taken

Elf Queen: Islanzadi
Dwarf King: Orik
Human King: Galbatorix, Shruikan
Varden Leader: Nasuada
Wild Dragon Elder: custom
